Abstract: The purpose of the study was to explicate the motivations of patients, parents, clinicians, and researchers engaging in a local learning network. Additionally, researchers investigated the perception of value among this group of participants. The goal was to prioritize strategies to address recruitment and engagement issues and then use the results to support program and strategic planning.
