New directions for corporations: Conditions for successful renewal
George Day
European Management Journal, 1993, vol. 11, issue 2, 229-237
Abstract:
Winning companies must renew themselves by growing beyond present markets and products. Each growth path has its own risk/return profile that needs careful management. By reference to companies such as Pitney-Bowes, 3M, Proctor and Gamble, and Campbell Soup, George Day sets out five key success factors that are the clue to the renewal process.
