European foreign investment: Why go to Canada?
Paul Beamish
European Management Journal, 1996, vol. 14, issue 1, 76-80
Abstract:
With data from some 200 Canadian and European business or government representatives. Paul Beamish sets out the case for European investment in Canada. He employs the PEST (political, economic, social and technological) framework for this environmental analysis and, although has encouraging conclusions, points out that investment opportunities may vary in time and place, and that Canada is regionally diverse.
