European Management Journal, 1998, vol. 16, issue 1, 31-38
Abstract:
By reference to a case study of the `Consumer Goods Corporation' and a number of other corporate transformations, Magne Orgland and Georg Von Krogh conclude that initiating, managing and sustaining successful corporate transformation requires serious attention to three principles which can be implemented with the aid of a checklist supplied by the authors. A successful corporate transformation needs know-how among senior executives, especially on what a good change plan should include.
