How well do managers forecast?

Robert S Love

European Management Journal, 1986, vol. 4, issue 3, 215-219

People frequently wonder whether they mean much, and whether, indeed, their publication may influence the very events they are supposed to have forecast. This article shows that experience and forecasting quality vary from country to country.
