Vision management

Dan Andersen

European Management Journal, 1987, vol. 5, issue 1, 24-28

Abstract: Recent trends in management have indicated a need for dramatic corporate transitions. Many excellent analyses focusing on the corporation of the 1990s have been published recently, but the number of actual corporate transitions has been relatively few because techniques for change in management have not yet been sufficiently developed. The author introduces a concept of Vision management as an introduction to new ways of thinking that are needed in order to maintain capability for change in the organizations.
