Philip Modiano
European Management Journal, 1987, vol. 5, issue 3, 174-179
Abstract:

Turnarounds are a major topic in Britain, and in this article the author uses a number of cases from consultancy to show that the new CEO has to produce cooperation between functions, unlocking the potential of the computer system and combining this with an operational vision shared throughout the organization.
