Corporate identity design; Its contribution to effective management
Peter Gorb
European Management Journal, 1988, vol. 6, issue 3, 205-208
Abstract:
Design has a key role to play in several areas of management including innovation, quality and its control, and the development of line managers. However, it is its importance in corporate strategy, and particularly corporate identity design, which the author wants to focus our attention on. The future lies in identifying design more clearly and quantifying its effects. When this is done, many more fields of management will benefit from the application of skilled design.
