Raimo Nurmi
European Management Journal, 1990, vol. 8, issue 1, 96-105
Abstract:
The current standing and effectiveness of Finnish managers is set by Raimo Nurmi in the context of Finland's geography, society and historical development. These aspects, and others, have influenced the organisational behaviour and unique cultural characteristics of Finnish managers who, despite the absorption of international, particularly American management doctrines, have their own management style.
