Deciding on change: What and how?

Pierre Casse

European Management Journal, 1991, vol. 9, issue 1, 18-21

Pierre Casse identifies key success factors for change and recommends six rules to ensure successful change on the kind of situation leaders find themselves in and what sort of change ('What' or 'How') he or she wants to bring about.
