The MAC matrix: A new method for directing business expansion

Abstract: Laurens van den Muyzenberg has developed a new diagnostic technique for screening new business opportunities: the MAC matrix (Market Attractiveness and Core Business Proximity). It is particularly useful in clarifying the search direction for a company wishing to expand.
