Maria Laptev
European Management Journal, 1991, vol. 9, issue 2, 163-166
Abstract:
Is lobbying the EC worth the commitment of resources it requires? This article examines the advantages of being 'plugged into the system' and provides an example of how to go about presenting an effective case. In an extract from a speech given to an EC lobbying conference in November 1990, Maris Laptev, a seasoned lobbyist, gives her view with the help of a case study taken from her personal experience.
