Abstract:
The automatic solution of variable-coefficient and nonlinear differential equation systems on The Matric Computor engenders the concept of equisolution matric systems which are defined as comprising constant, differential, and linear functional coefficients in their construction. First of all, the paper very briefly introduces this topic by examples of the equisolution matric systems for two differential equations, one representing «pumping phenomena, the other being van der Pol's. The network theory, and the electronic realization, of the linear functional entries is then developed, and is based upon an observation of Dekker regarding «electronically adjusting resistors.
