Mathematics and Computers in Simulation (MATCOM), 2019, vol. 162, issue C, 115-134

Abstract: Water inrush through filling structures was divided into three typical types. The IB-SEM numerical method was established based on the coupling of Spectral/hp element method and Rigid immersed boundary method. And the governing equations of particles motion and contact in fluid were constructed. Then the direct water inrush was investigated by the IB-SEM system. The slices method was modified and applied into the slip water inrush research. The calculating equation of minimum safe thickness was deduced by the force balance condition. Finally, the whole process piping of water inrush was simulated.
