Electromagnetic compatibility problems of indirect lightning stroke on Overhead Power Lines

Abstract:
The main objective of our research is to determinate the voltages induced by lightning discharge coupling to overhead power line and especially by the indirect strike. In this investigation, we are also discussing the effect of shielding wire in reducing overvoltages associated with strokes.
