M-lump solutions to the (2+1)-dimensional generalized Calogero–Bogoyavlenshii–Schiff equation

Abstract: We study M-lump solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional generalized Calogero–Bogoyavlenskii–Schiff (CBS) equation. The amplitude of these solutions are rational in their independent variable, owing to they are constructed via taking “long wave” limit of the corresponding N-soliton solutions acquired by direct methods. The dynamic properties of these solutions are shown in figures. The results of this work may be advantageous to understand the propagation of localized wave.
