Abstract:
In a recent approach proposed by the authors, an operator level language has been proposed for the remote control of power systems topology. The implementation of this language requires modelling the complex switching constraints and the operator logic of reasoning in a form adapted for automatic processing. This paper presents a method for modelling these constraints and discusses its advantages.
