Abstract:
This paper investigates the viscoelastic porous elastic system. The dual phase-lag theory is used to model heat transfer. By using the Faedo–Galërkin method, we show the global well-posedness of the system. Moreover, based on integral inequalities and multiplier techniques, we establish the explicit decay of the energy for this system with general assumption on the relaxation function.
