The modeling of socio-economic-resource systems

Abstract:
It has been recognized that social considerations, such as population growth, should be included in economic models if they are to be used over long time periods; the present emphasis on problems of natural resource limitation leads to an argument that resource systems should also be included in economic models. Procedures of modeling are important; in fact, a model of model-making may be developed.
