Dynamic Feedback Decoupling Problem for Delay-differential Systems via Systems over Rings

Abstract: Systems with coefficients in a ring are employed for studying the Decoupling Problem for delay-differential systems. Using geometric methods, the existence of dynamic state feedback solutions is completely characterized.
