Abstract:
It is described a method for examining the flutter stability equation which based on representation of the unit circle by algebraic polynomials with complex coefficients. For this purpose only standard operational amplifiers and other linear elements of a repetitive differential analyzer are used, no electronic multipliers and function generators being required. Whole the flutter examining process may be followed, visually on the screen of the cathode-ray oscilloscope. On this basis simulation of this phenomen may be made.
