Zhou’s aggregation theorems with multiple welfare weights

Abstract: This paper extends the aggregation theorems of Zhou (1997) to incorporate a social preference for randomization. We establish variations of Harsanyi’s utilitarianism theorems for general societies in which there exists a set of welfare weights, and a maxmin rule is applied.
