Abstract:
An expression for the entropy production in a simple relativistic gas mixture suitable for astrophysical applications is obtained using the Chapman-Enskog approximation. Relativistic thermodynamical forces are obtained. The results are interpreted and compared with their non-relativistic analogoues.
