On high-temperature phase transitions in neodymium metal

Jan Lorenc

Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications, 1982, vol. 114, issue 1, 543-547

Abstract: Assuming one high-temperature phase transition in neodymium metal we derive forms of satellite intensities and fit them to the corresponding experimental data. We argue that the neutron diffraction results are consistent with the above assumption. Moreover, we show explicitly that the temperature dependence of the satellite intensities is represented by a modified power law.
