Glauber's stochastic spin model with broken bond disorder

Abstract: A discrete-time form of Glauber's stochastic spin model is considered for a one-dimensional chain with Ising interaction E = −ΣJjsjsj+1. The Jj are treated as independent random variables having realizations J, 0 with respective probabilities p, (1 −p). Equations are given to enable computation of an average (over fragments of different length) of the time-dependent magnetization.
