Abstract:
In this paper the scattering phase shifts are determined and consequently collisional and transport cross sections. The electrical conductivity of a totally ionized plasma is determined. The resonances located near the origin of the complex momentum plane give rise to minima in the conductance. A comparison with previous results is given.
