Abstract:
A general approach of the real-space renormalization group to critical dynamics is described: the formalism is presented and discussed. In particular, the application of this formalism to the study of the 1D kinetic Ising model and to the second order cumulant approximation of the 2D kinetic Ising model on a triangular lattice is carried out. The question of universality in the framework of the above formalism is studied, and the limitations of the method are presented.
