Quantum-electrodynamics without renormalization

Abstract:
The vacuum-polarization tensor is calculated to second order. The fourth-order photon mass is calculated. The photon mass is shown to be determine to all orders. Putting it equal to zero may fix the value of the fine-structure constant.
