The limit diffusion mechanism of relaxation for spin systems

Lech Papież

Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications, 1983, vol. 122, issue 3, 413-430

Abstract: The diffusion limit theorem for stochastic differential equations is applied to analyse the dynamical evolutions of spin systems. Bloch equations are derived and the stability of asymptotic evolutions is proved. The theory is applied to nuclear magnetic relaxation of two spins.
