Abstract:
The self-consistent system of equations for longitudinal and transversal dynamical susceptabilities of the two-level system (TLS) in metallic glasses is obtained by using the method of irreducible relaxation functions. The dynamics of TLS interacting with acoustic phonons and electrons is discussed in the weak coupling limit and in the slow-fluctuation regime.
