Abstract:
A method related to, but distinct from, hierarchically constrained dynamics is presented and applied to the description of relaxation in complex systems. The three coupled experimental properties of systems exhibiting Kohlrausch relaxation are incorporated in the presented description by an appropriate choice of model.
