Abstract:
The densities of two equimolecular dense mixtures have been measured at room temperature and at pressures up to 8000 bar. The variations with pressure of the values of the experimental compressibility factor are compared to the variations of this quantity calculated for a Lennard-Jones one-fluid model. Quantum corrections have been considered.
