First-order transitions in percolation models

Fulvio Peruggi

Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications, 1987, vol. 141, issue 1, 140-150

Abstract: We describe the analytic solution of a Potts-correlated-site/random-bond percolation model which exhibits a first-order percolative transition at the Potts critical point. The subject is discussed in connection with the droplet theory in lattice spin models.
