Abstract:
A microscopic approach is proposed for a self-consistent description of electronic and thermodynamic properties of adlayers. It is based on generalizations of both Bogolubov's microscopic picture developed in the theory of polar metals and the second quantization procedure to a system with uncertainty in some phase states. Composite generalized models of the Anderson-Ising type appearing here are analyzed. The self-consistent description is demonstrated for the simplest composite model.
