Abstract:
We present dc and ac conductivity measurements performed on boron carbide which is a disordered refractory semiconductor. The dc measurements have been performed as a function of temperature over 12 orders of magnitude of conductivity while the ac ones cover 6 orders of magnitude of frequency.
