Abstract:
We constructed planar thin film YBaCuO Ag YBaCuO junctions. The junctions behave in most respects as SNS junctions. In addition, a novel effect in the I–V characteristics was observed in response to microwave radiation. We interpret this effect, which was not observed with low-Tc superconductors, as arising from flux motion and propose an amendment to the RSJ model that reproduces the main features in our data.
