Gravitationally self-induced phase transition

M. Novello and S.L.S. Duque

Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications, 1990, vol. 168, issue 3, 1073-1081

Abstract: We propose a new mechanism by means of which a phase transition can be stimulated by self-gravitating matter. We suggest that this model could be used to explain the observed isotropy of the Universe.
