Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications, 1992, vol. 180, issue 3, 285-294

Abstract: The effect of coupling of thermal diffusion, ordinary diffusion, and chemical convection on the kinetics in pyrolytic laser-chemical processing is investigated. Inversion effects such as the appearance of a diffusion barrier and an increase in processing rate with counter-diffusion are observed.
