Quantum mechanics in terms of non-negative distribution functions

Abstract: We construct a formalism which enables us to express quantum mechanics in terms of any non-negative smoothed Wigner function. Quantum mechanics in terms of the well known Husimi function turns out to be just a special case of this general formalism.
