Abstract:
We present a non-standard algebraic description of some classical integrable systems in 1 + 1 dimensions resulting from interchanging the role of space and time variables. Bi- (or multi-) hamiltonian hierarchies, obtained this way, reduce naturally to the stationary subspaces giving some insight into the recursive structure of stationary flows.
