Moment method and the rarefied gas flow in channels

V.M. Zhdanov and V.I. Roldughin

Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications, 1993, vol. 199, issue 2, 291-298

Abstract: The relations between diffusion fluxes and the distribution function moments at the channel walls have been established for a multicomponent gas mixture flowing in a plane channel. The problems of barodiffusion and thermal diffusion in the binary mixture are discussed.
