Penetration of periodic fields

Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications, 1993, vol. 200, issue 1, 323-331
Abstract:
The penetration of an alternating or rotating magnetic field into an isotropic medium with a local electrodynamic response function (critical-state or power-law flux creep) is examined. The ac susceptibility of a slab is calculated, with its harmonic components, and the shielding effectiveness of a flat box.
