Abstract:
The weakly ionized rf magnetoplasma is a nonlinear dissipative continous system. It supports spontaneous drift-type waves with interesting spatiotemporal structures. In this work, the experimental studies of the order-disorder behaviors and the complicated static and bifurcation behaviors under the changes of control parameters are reviewed. The self-organized patterning in discharges with negatively charged fine particles is also presented and discussed.
