Abstract:
This paper is a continuation of the paper “Physical nature of the dielectric constant of H2O. Part II. Physical processes in a real layer” and represents a quantitative verification of the theoretical conclusions drawn in Part II. The verification is carried out on the basis of experimental data published previously about the dielectric constant of water, hidden evaporation heat and surface tension energy of the liquid in the temperature range 0–100°C.
