The generalized Boltzmann equation

Abstract: From the BBGKY-hierarchy of the kinetic equations taking into account three possible levels of scales, connected with the mean time of particle interactions, mean time between collisions and the hydrodynamic time, the generalized Boltzmann equation is derived. The generalized H-theorem is proven.
