Abstract:
We analyze the behavior of a particle with Spin 1 polarized in an external magnetic field, immersed in an oscillator reservoir and periodically perturbed. Two different models for the dissipative coupling are considered, the Rotating Wave Approximation (RWA) and the Full Coupling (FC). The quantum maps are constructed for both interactions and we compare their eigensystems and fixed points for several selections of the relevant parameters.
