Abstract:
A new method for solving Wigner-Liouville-type equations and studying dynamics of quantum particles in composite materials and disordered system of scatterershas been developed. Approach combines both molecular dynamics and Monte Carlo methods. Numerical results have been obtained for the frequency dependences of tensors of electron conductivity and permitivity according to quantum Kubo formulas.
