Abstract:
We have analysed the contribution of multiparticle correlations to the configurational entropy of a hard-core fluid with attractive Yukawa interactions. We show that this quantity presents contextual evidence of both the freezing and condensation transitions, thus providing a unified perspective for investigating the interplay between multiparticle correlations and thermodynamic behaviour of the fluid phase.
