Abstract:
We present here a discussion for a reaction rate theory for non-Markovian systems. We show that the state of the art of the theory is not enough to explain the rates obtained for systems with long-range memories. We discuss as well the limits for a system of many interacting particles to be reduced to a system of noninteracting ones.
