Abstract:
Percolation processes in two-dimensional systems with correlated distribution are studied for a model granular system and a lattice gas. The critical percolation coverage is shown to oscillate as a function of grain size. Dynamical fluctuation of the structure of lattice gas is shown to produce competing effects to the dynamics of a random walker attached to the lattice gas.
